How does the process work?

Schedule an appointment online to get your documents notarized.

Upload unsigned copy of your document securely for review of notarial wording and act.

Make your non-refundable platform ID verification payment securely online when invoiced.

Successfully pass identity verification.

Connect to online notary over live video from any device at your scheduled appointment time.

Pay remaining invoice if applicable.

Executed, notarized document is emailed immediately after completion to email address provided.




How to qualify?

In order to qualify for remote notarization you must answer yes all the questions below to complete the required ID verification:

Are you 18 years of age or older?

Do you have a social security number?

Do you have a US driver’s license or a state ID?

Do you have at least five (5) years of US credit history?

Are you a US citizen? YOU MUST BE A US CITIZEN

Do you have a US mobile phone number?

PASSPORTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR REMOTE NOTARIZATION



What is needed?

Laptop, desktop or mobile device.

Chrome, Firefox or Safari (version 11 or higher) browser.

A camera and microphone on the device that is accessible by the browser.

Permission for the browser to access the camera and microphone.

Each signer MUST have their own device and unique email address.

US phone number with text message capabilities.

High speed Internet access.
